Our camp runs on the heart, dedication, and energy of volunteers. Every meal served, every cabin cleaned, every activity led, and every camper cared for happens because people like you step up and invest in this place.
Our summer camps are our season of biggest need when it comes to volunteers, but we do have an ongoing need for volunteers to support our work and ministry throughout the year. In the spring and fall, we are host to many schools, churches, and community groups.
The goal is the same: for Eagle Bay Camp to be a place where lives are changed!

A little more about some of our Key summer VOLUNTEER Needs
Volunteering at camp is an opportunity to support our mission, build meaningful relationships, and help create life-changing experiences for every camper and guest who comes to Eagle Bay Camp.
Cabin Leaders: Volunteer cabin leaders work alongside our summer staff team for one week or more. Key requirements are being willing to immerse yourself in an unforgettable week of camp, providing responsible leadership, and engaging actively with the campers.
Eligibility: Applicant must be at least going into Grade 10 in the Fall.
Kitchen Support: No formal skills are required, just a heart to serve and a willingness to help out where need. Most often this means basic prep, chopping veggies, serving meals, and aiding in cleanup. Typical commitment is 1 hour before and after each meal, leaving time to enjoy the setting, the beach, and energy of camp. Accommodations are provided in our lodge.
Maintenance Support: Throughout the year we value those who are willing to help with a variety of maintenance, painting, or ground projects. Whether you are skilled in a trade or simply eager to help, we value your contribution to the life of camp.
Camp Nurse: The camp nurse provides care to campers and administration of medications throughout the week. A separate accommodation is provided. The role is supported by a student nurse who is familiar with all aspects camp life and its schedule.
