Chett and his wife Katherine come to us from Vernon Alliance Church, where Chett served as the youth pastor. Chett is a Trinity Western grad with a Masters Degree in Leadership. Chett and Katherine live at the camp with their 4 kids Oakley, Duke, Ruby and Finn.
Joy Cyr
Office Manager/Finance
Joy started with Eagle Bay Camp in 2025 as Office Manager/Finance. She has a passion for camp ministry, the lasting impact it can have on children/teens and is thankful she can use her gifts to be part of EBC. Joy takes care of all aspects of the finances, as well as inquiries from parents, supporters and others who are wanting to connect with Eagle Bay Camp. Joy loves serving others, the outdoors, gardening and spending time with family. Joy lives in Enderby with her husband Darren and 3 children Katie, Chase and Jack.
Dan Sylvestre
Maintenance Director
Dan was born and raised in Eagle Bay, BC. He is a millwright by trade and can fix anything. In addition, he is a loving father, husband, fisherman, woodsman and snowboarder. He also loves to cook in his spare time. Dan and his wife Shanna still live in the Eagle Bay area and have two beautiful little girls named Autumn and Berlin.
Lucille Harms
Food Service Manager
What an incredible gift Lucille is to EBC! Lucille and her husband Dave have known EBC for over 30 years, and have long been blessed by, and been a blessing too, its ministry. Lucille loves people and loves the ministry of food. In her owns words, she shared: “I hold a sincere passion that Food Services not only nourish the body, but with tender love, can absolutely nourish the soul, and facilitate in enormous ways EBC’s mission to be a place where lives are changed for God." We cannot wait for you to join us around the table at EBC!
Malcolm Wiens
Assistant Director
Malcolm and his wife Jenna have been part of the Eagle Bay family for many years, both as campers and summer staff. Malcolm has a compelling vision for the camper experience and a deep passion for investing in young leaders. Malcolm will work closely with our leadership programs and summer staff, bringing energy, wisdom, and intentionality to help shape the next generation of leaders. Malcolm and Jenna live onsite with their daughter Aydah and 1 more on the way!
