STAFF POSITIONS
Head Cabin Leader
2 Positions Available (1 male, 1 Female)
The Head Cabin Leader will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting cabin leaders throughout the summer. They will be available for constant communication between cabin leaders and staff, as well as providing ongoing support and wisdom regarding any and all counseling situations. They will also assist in program support and participate in camp skills.This role must have substantial leadership experience, strong communication skills, excellent relational and conflict-resolution abilities, and a basic knowledge of counseling and psychology. They must be willing to be trained in Plan to Protect and must have completed a minimum of one year of Bible college/university or have equivalent experience or training.
Cabin Leader
14 Positions Available (7 male, 7 Female)
The Cabin Leader is responsible for guiding and mentoring a cabin of 8–10 campers per week, fostering spiritual growth, and modeling Christ-like behavior. This role includes mentoring a Leader-in-Training (LIT) who may co-lead or adopt a cabin, participating as a part of the program team during your week out of cabin, and upholding the spiritual, emotional, and physical leadership standards of camp. Cabin Leaders must have prior leadership experience, a foundational understanding of the gospel, strong relational skills, and a genuine passion for nurturing children in their walk with Christ.
Program Director
2 Positions Available
Program Directors are responsible for directing and overseeing the entire camp program, including camp skills, wide games, and the EBC Civil Warnament. They also provide spiritual leadership and direction for the program team, ensuring that all aspects of camp activities align with the mission of Eagle Bay Camp and foster meaningful opportunities for campers and staff to grow in their faith. The Program Directors must have substantial experience and/or training in program and recreational leadership, demonstrate strong administrative abilities, and show clear organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in camp skills, along with excellent relational, creative, and spiritual leadership qualities, is essential. The Program Directors will oversee a significant portion of the general camp program and must be able and willing to work in close partnership with one another, sharing responsibility and tasks to ensure a unified, Christ-centered, and engaging camp experience.
Summer Office Admin
1 Position Available
The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing the Summer Camp Office at Eagle Bay Camp. This role includes managing camper registration, organizing cabin lists, maintaining camper records, and ensuring all required documents—both camper and staffing—are accurate and up to date. The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting the camp’s leadership team by keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
LIT Coordinator
4 Positions Available (2 male, 2 Female)
The LIT Coordinator is a member of the LIT Leadership Team, working alongside the Assistant Director and other coordinators to oversee the Leader in Training (LIT) program. This role is responsible for providing spiritual and practical leadership, mentorship, and teaching to LIT participants, with a focus on developing their character, discipleship, and leadership skills. The position involves planning and leading sessions, offering guidance and support in both group and individual settings, and ensuring a meaningful and growth-oriented summer experience for each participant.Must have basic counseling or leadership experience and have completed a minimum of one year of bible school or equivalent experience.
SLP Coordinator
2 Positions Available (1 Male, 1 Female)
The SLP Coordinator is part of the LIT Leadership Team (Assistant Director and four LIT Coordinators) and is responsible for leading and discipleing participants in the Servant Leadership Program (SLP). This role provides SLPs with guidance in leadership, discipleship, and character development throughout the program. The SLP Coordinator offers both spiritual and practical leadership, serving as a counsellor, mentor, and teacher while providing ongoing support in group and individual settings. In addition to working with the SLP program, the SLP Coordinator assists with the LIT program during weeks when SLPs are not on-site and supports the Program Team with various tasks as needed.
Worship Director
1 Position Available
This individual will be responsible for directing and leading the worship program at Eagle Bay Camp throughout the summer. They must be comfortable performing and speaking in front of large groups, and demonstrate both strong musicianship and regular experience in leading worship. Candidates should also have experience with audio/visual equipment and a basic understanding of sound systems. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about worship arts ministry and discerning or preparing for a future in that field. As one of the key spiritual leaders at camp, the Worship Leader plays a vital role in shaping the spiritual atmosphere by leading in the worship space. They will model Christ-centered leadership, disciple and encourage both campers and staff through worship, and help ensure that worship remains central to the camp’s mission and experience. In addition to worship leadership, the Worship Leader will also participate in various program activities, supporting the broader camp community through service and teamwork.
Camp Nanny
1 Position Available
The Camp Nanny is responsible for providing loving, reliable care for the children of camp staff during the summer months. This role ensures that staff kids are safe, engaged, and well cared for while their parents are working in camp programs. Responsibilities include planning and supervising age-appropriate activities, helping with meals and snacks, maintaining routines (nap time, play time, etc.), and creating a positive, nurturing environment. The Camp Nanny should have experience caring for children, demonstrate patience and creativity, and be able to balance fun with safety. Flexibility is important, as the role may also involve participating in general camp life and supporting children in a variety of camp settings.
Head Lifeguard
1 Position Available (Must have NLS)
This individual will be responsible for leading the lifeguard and waterfront team, overseeing the overall safety, equipment, and general maintenance of the waterfront. They will provide leadership and supervision to lifeguards, skill leaders, and boat drivers as needed, ensuring that all waterfront activities run smoothly and safely .Candidates must be at least 19 years of age, hold a minimum certification of NLS (National Lifeguard and Safety Training), and have proven experience in both lifeguarding and leadership. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of various water equipment and waterfront-related skills are essential. In addition to their waterfront responsibilities, the Waterfront Director will also participate in various program activities, contributing to the broader camp community and modeling Christ-centered leadership.
Lifeguard

This individual will serve as a member of the lifeguard and waterfront team, responsible for the overall safety, equipment, and general maintenance of the waterfront. They will assist in ensuring that all waterfront activities are safe, well-supervised, and run with excellence. Candidates must be at least 19 years of age, hold a minimum certification of NLS (National Lifeguard and Safety Training), and have relevant experience in lifeguarding and leadership. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of various water equipment and waterfront-related skills are essential. Maintenance Assistant

This individual will be responsible for daily garbage disposal around camp and will assist the Maintenance Director with regular tasks and special projects as needed. Applicants should be comfortable using basic tools, able to lift and carry heavy objects, and not afraid to get their hands dirty. This role plays an important part in keeping camp safe, clean, and running smoothly.
Boat Driver
1 Position Available
The Boat Driver is responsible for operating the camp boat for tubing activities throughout the summer. This role ensures camper safety on the water, follows all camp and boating regulations, and supports a positive recreational experience. The Boat Driver is expected to perform regular visual checks of the boat and equipment, promptly communicating any concerns or mechanical issues to the Maintenance Director. A valid boating licence is required for this position, along with a commitment to safe, responsible operation at all times.
Photo & Media Coordinator
1 Position Available
The Camp Photographer/Videographer is responsible for capturing the energy and spirit of camp throughout the summer. This includes photographing and filming daily activities, games, and camp life, and producing weekly highlight videos for campers to take home. Applicants should have experience using a digital camera, knowledge of basic photography and filming techniques, and a passion for telling stories through creative visuals. Experience working with children and teens is required, and when not behind the camera, you’ll also participate in various camp program activities.
Tuck Shop Coordinator
1 Position Available
You’ll be responsible for running the Tuck Shop & Merch shop during summer & School groups, keeping things organized, connecting with campers and staff, and making sure everything runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, great at multitasking, comfortable with basic computer skills, and loves working with people.
Climbing & Zip-line Coordinator
1 Position Available
This individual will be responsible for the daily operation of the climbing tower and zipline, ensuring the safety of all participants and equipment. Responsibilities include overseeing general maintenance and care of the tower, providing updates as needed. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have previous climbing and belaying experience, and demonstrate strong leadership skills, particularly with children and teens. This role also involves training and supporting other staff, participating in a variety of camp program activities, and helping create a safe and memorable experience for campers.
Paintball Coordinator
1 Position Available
This individual will be responsible for leading the paintball program, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Responsibilities include overseeing skill leaders and campers involved in the program, maintaining a high standard of organization, and caring for all paintball equipment to ensure it is safe and ready to use.
Student Nurse
1 Position Available
The Student Nurse plays a key role in supporting the health and wellness of campers and staff throughout the summer. This position is intended for a nursing student who has successfully completed at least their second year of nursing school and is confident providing basic medical care in a camp setting. Responsibilities include administering first aid, distributing and tracking daily medications, maintaining accurate health and wellness records, and responding to minor injuries or illnesses as needed. The Student Nurse will be supported by a fully licensed volunteer nurse, who remains available for guidance, consultation, and higher-level medical decisions. Together, they help promote a safe and healthy environment, communicate with parents/guardians when appropriate, and uphold camp medical procedures and emergency response protocols. Strong communication skills, good judgment, and a calm, caring presence are essential for success in this role.
