Thank you for choosing Eagle Bay Camp as part of your child’s summer adventure! We consider it a privilege to be entrusted with their care and are excited to provide a safe, fun, and faith-filled environment where campers can learn, grow, and make lasting memories.

At Eagle Bay, every child is wonderfully unique. Our staff are warm, experienced, and committed to meeting each camper where they’re at helping them build confidence, form friendships, and thrive in a community that values kindness, respect, and fun.

Supporting Faith & Spiritual Growth

Beyond games, waterfront activities, and cabin life, our team is intentional about nurturing each camper’s spiritual journey. Through chapel times, small-group discussions, daily devotions, and everyday conversations, our staff seek to help campers encounter God’s love in meaningful, age appropriate ways. We aim to encourage spiritual curiosity, character growth, and a sense of belonging.

Homesickness & Emotional Care

It’s normal for some campers especially younger or first-time overnight campers to feel homesick. Our staff are trained to support campers through these feelings with empathy and care. We create routines and connections that help campers settle in quickly; however, if homesickness persists or worsens, we will contact you so we can work together to make the best decision for your child.

Please note: Early departures due to homesickness are not eligible for refunds.

Communication & Partnership

We believe strongly in partnering with families. If your child has unique physical, emotional, or spiritual needs that we should know about, please contact us before camp so we can prepare and provide the best possible experience. For urgent concerns during camp, contact the camp office and our staff will respond promptly.

We are honored to walk alongside your child for the week and look forward to a summer filled with laughter, adventure, friendship, and meaningful moments.
