Registration Day Details
Registration Begins: 4:00 PM on the first day of camp
Pickup Time: 4:00 PM Friday (new schedule)
Registration Day BBQ
Held between 5:00–6:00 PM on the lower field
- Campers eat free (part of registration fee)
- Guests: $15 (includes drink, chips, hot dog/burger, and dessert)
Friday Closing Events
Camp now ends on Friday afternoon. After lunch, campers will attend a final chapel, followed by Closing Ceremonies, which include:
1. Viewing the camp video
2. Announcing the winners of the Civil Warnament
3. Goodbyes and wrap-up celebrations
Parents/guardians should arrive at 4:00 PM for pickup immediately after the ceremony.
Pickup by Someone Else
If someone other than a parent or guardian will pick up your child, you must fill out our CAMPER PICKUP RELEASE FORM prior to drop off or a signed letter indicating who is authorized at drop off We cannot release a camper without signed permission.
Transportation
Parents/guardians are responsible for transportation to and from camp.
- Please respect pickup times to avoid disrupting staff schedules.
- All campers must be signed out at pickup.
- Please confirm campers have all medication as well as all belongings before departing camp.
Packing List
What to bring!
- Sleeping bag
- Pillow
- Toothbrush & Toothpaste
- Soap, Shampoo, Towel
- Rain Jacket
- Swimwear
- Clothes for all activities
- Sweater or Coat
- Bible (if you have one)
- Good Running Shoes
- Water bottle
- Flashlight
- Sunscreen & bug spray
- Clearly Labelled Medications (these will be given to the nurse at registration)
