This position works with LIT leadership team (Staff and leadership Director and 3 other coordinators) in leading and discipling the LIT (Leader In Training) program. Will provide the LIT’s with guidance in leadership, discipleship and the building of character throughout the program. Includes providing both spiritual and practical leadership to LIT’s and acting as a counsellor and teacher, providing both support, mentorship and teaching to each LIT. Includes scheduling, organizing, and leading sessions throughout the summer and working alongside the Head Chef in kitchen duties each day. Must have basic counselling or leadership experience and have completed a minimum of one year of Bible college or university, or have equivalent experience. Minimum age 19.

LIT COORDINATOR
This person works alongside LIT leadership team (Staff and leadership Director and 4 LIT coordinators) in leading and discipling the SLP (Servant Leadership) program. Will provide the SLP’s with guidance in leadership, discipleship and the building of character throughout the program. Includes providing both spiritual and practical leadership to SLP’s and acting as a counsellor and teacher, providing both support, mentorship and teaching to each SLP. Includes scheduling, organizing, and leading sessions throughout the summer and working alongside the Head Chef in kitchen duties each day. Will also be a part of the LIT program in the off weeks when SLP’s are not at camp. Will also be in charge of training and overseeing an Assistant SLP Coordinator and participating in program support. Must have basic counselling or leadership experience and have completed a minimum of one year of Bible college or university, or have equivalent experience. Minimum age 18.
