PROGRAM STAFF

       This is your opportunity to serve God in deed and adventure this summer. Helping to run the camp program, consisting of skills, wide games and the overall camp day. Using your gifts, leadership abilities and responsibility to lead skills and to allow campers to experience something they may have never experienced before.

      Working together on the program team, being led by the program director and assistant, you will work hard each day to allow each camper to experience all that Eagle Bay has to offer!

This individual is responsible for directing and overseeing the entire program including camp skills, wide games and the EBC Civil Warnament. Must have substantial program and recreational leadership experience and/or training, strong administrative skills, clear organization and communication skills, proficiency in camp skills and should have excellent relational and creative qualities. The program director is responsible for running a large part of the general camp program.

 

PROGRAM DIRECTOR

This person will be responsible for assisting in directing and overseeing the entire camp program including camp skills, wide games and the EBC Civil Warnament. Must have substantial program and recreational leadership experience and/or training, strong administrative skills, clear organization and communication skills, proficiency in camp skills and should have adequate relational and creative qualities.

 

ASST. PROGRAM DIRECTOR

This individual will be responsible for leading the lifeguard/waterfront team. Responsible for the overall safety, equipment and general maintenance of the waterfront. responsible for the lifeguards, skill leaders and boat driver as needed. Must be at least 19, have minimum NLS (National Lifeguard and Safety Training) and have necessary experience in lifeguarding and leadership. Must have sufficient organizational skills, and knowledge of various water equipment and skills. Will also be involved in various program activities.

PROGRAM SUPPORT

Responsible for being a part of the lifeguard/waterfront team. Responsible for the overall safety, equipment and general maintenance of the waterfront. must be at least 19, have minimum NLS (National Lifeguard and Safety Training) and have necessary experience in lifeguarding and leadership. Must have sufficient organizational skills, and knowledge of various water equipment and skills. will also be involved in various program activities.

LIFEGUARD &

PAINTBALL COORDINATOR &

ASST. SLP COORDINATOR

TOWER COORDINATOR &

PROGRAM/MAINTENANCE SUPPORT

This individual will be responsible for leading the paintball program and being an assistant to the SLP Coordinator and the SLP program. Responsible for the overall safety, organization and general maintenance of the paintball equipment. Responsible for skill leaders and campers partaking in the program. Must be at least 18 and have experience with playing or leading paintball, and general leadership and discipleship experience. Will also be involved in various program activities.

 

This person must be responsible for the daily operation of the climbing tower/Zipline. This includes the safety of the tower and equipment, general maintenance and care, as well as training staff to run both the climbing and Zipline skills. Must be at least 18 years of age and have previous climbing and belaying experience. This Person will also be responsible for the daily course and equipment inspections involving the zipline and climbing tower.  Must also have substantial experience in leadership with children and teens. Will also required to participate in various program activities and maintenance duties.
