Thank you for considering Eagle Bay Camp for your retreat. Throughout the past we have had the privilege of hosting many different organizations, school groups, and churches at our camp. We trust that you too will enjoy our facilities, activities, and friendly staff.
Our location and facilities provide an experience that is both relaxing and fun for all who come. Adults and children alike will have a blast experiencing all of the activities we have to offer. We also have the ability to offer a peaceful and relaxing get away for your family reunion or business group. Go for a scenic kayak ride then get your marshmallows out and meet down by the campfire for a perfect end to a relaxing day!
Just a reminder that your booking is not guaranteed until we receive a $500 deposit and the necessary paperwork. As soon as we receive these items we will confirm the dates for your retreat.

1. Registration is through your local attending church.
2. Cost $135 per attendee.
3. All cheques etc. need to be made payable to the church you are attending with.

The per person fee, charged for groups renting the Camp, is based on the size of the group (see Rate Chart below). A minimum booking charge of 25 persons may be applied if fewer than 25 attend. The rental fees include the following: All meals, snacks, sleeping accommodations, and use of some camp's facilities and equipment. We do not supply pillows or bedding for overnight stays
A deposit of $500 is required 90 days prior to the start of the booking or must be sent with after your email confirmation of dates if the booking is less than 90 days away. This deposit will be non-refundable if the booking is cancelled with less than 60 days notice.
The "Rental Agreement" and "Registration" must be completed and signed by the person who is designated responsible for the group and sent along with the deposit.
The balance of your account is due, in full, prior to your group leaving the camp (unless previous arrangements have been made with Camp Director).

If the above packages do not meet your groups needs, please contact us and we will customize one for you.
Should your group require programming, we can provide our Program Staff for various activities including kayaks/canoes, archery, life guarding, etc. Additional costs may apply.
The camp is available for "day use" as well. Please contact us for details.
EBC reserves the right to book additional groups at any one time as space allows
