Thank you for considering Eagle Bay Camp for your next retreat or event. Each year a wide variety of organizations, school groups, and churches enjoy our facilities, camp activities, and friendly staff.
Our aim is to utilize our unique location and varied amenities to tailor a unique experience that meets your needs and surpasses your expectations.
So whether you are looking to relax on the shores of the Shuswap, learn a new camp skill, develop your team, or have fun around the campfire we are excited to host you to an unforgettable time.
Just a reminder that your booking is not guaranteed until we receive a $500 deposit and the necessary paperwork. As soon as we receive these items we will confirm the dates for your retreat.
Our kitchen and cooks will do our best to accommodate many food concerns like gluten, dairy, vegetarian and medical allergies. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate some food restriction like vegan or celiac restrictions.

Some of what Eagle Bay Camp has to offer:
- over a kilometre of lake front
- 18 rustic cabins, each sleeping 8-10 people.
- 18 room retreat lodge, each with 4 beds and their own bathroom/shower
- beautiful dining hall and outdoor covered deck which can host over 200 people
- a full-time cook offering a wide variety of delicious meals, that are sure to please.
- 26' climbing tower, sport court, Gaga pit, zip line, archery, beach volleyball, kayaking, swimming, paintball
- lakeside campfire pit which can seat more than 200 people.
RENTAL RATES &

The per person fee, charged for groups renting the Camp, is based on the size of the group (see Rate Chart below). A minimum booking charge of 25 persons may be applied if fewer than 25 attend. The rental fees include the following: All meals, snacks, sleeping accommodations, and use of some camp's facilities and equipment. We do not supply pillows or bedding for overnight stays
A deposit of $500 is required 90 days prior to the start of the booking or must be sent with after your email confirmation of dates if the booking is less than 90 days away. This deposit will be non-refundable if the booking is cancelled with less than 60 days notice.
The "Rental Agreement" and "Registration" must be completed and signed by the person who is designated responsible for the group and sent along with the deposit.
The balance of your account is due, in full, prior to your group leaving the camp (unless previous arrangements have been made with Camp Director).
