2. When Prompted use the Access Code provided below.

NOTE: This Volunteer CRC Application code is only valid for use as a VOLUNTEER for Eagle Bay Camp. ​Staff must contact their local RCMP for a CRC.

NOTE: The online CRC is the easiest and quickest way to complete a CRC. If you are unable to complete the online form, please contact office@eaglebaycamp.com for our PDF version of the CRC application.
